Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 1, 2026

This Privacy Policy explains how A Fresh Health Perspective handles information in connection with this website.

The short version.

This is an informational website. The only personal information you actively provide here comes through our contact form, which is for general questions only. We do not host patient accounts or medical records on this site. Appointment booking and any health details are handled on Unified Practice, a separate platform with its own privacy policy.

Information you provide through the contact form.

If you use our contact form, we collect the information you enter — your name, email address, and the contents of your message — so we can respond to you.

Please keep your message general. This form is not a secure channel and is not an appropriate place for health information, symptoms, medical history, or anything else you’d consider private medical detail. For anything involving your care, book through Unified Practice or call the practice directly. If you do include health information in a form submission, we’ll handle it with care, but we can’t offer the protections that apply to information shared through our formal intake and care process.

Information handled by Unified Practice.

Any information you enter to book or manage an appointment is collected and stored by Unified Practice, not by this website. Please review their privacy policy to understand how they handle your data.

Information collected automatically.

Like most websites, this site uses Google Analytics to understand how visitors use it. This automatically collects limited technical information — pages visited, browser and device type, approximate location based on IP address, and how you arrived at the site. We use it to improve the site. Google processes this data on our behalf; see Google’s privacy policy for details.

We do not run advertising pixels, conversion tracking, or third-party tracking tools beyond the analytics described here.

Cookies.

This site uses cookies — small files stored on your device. Some are necessary for the site to function. Others, including those set by Google Analytics, help us understand site usage. You can control or disable cookies through your browser settings, though some features may not work as well if you do.

How we use information.

We use contact form submissions only to respond to your inquiry. We use analytics data only to operate, maintain, and improve the website. We do not sell your information.

Sharing.

We don’t sell or rent personal information. We share limited data with the service providers who help us run the site — our hosting provider, Flywheel, and Google as our analytics provider. We may disclose information if required by law.

Your choices and rights.

Depending on where you live, you may have rights regarding your personal information, including under the Colorado Privacy Act. To exercise any rights or ask a question, contact us at shannon@afreshhealthperspective.com.

Children’s privacy.

This site is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

A note on health privacy.

Information you share directly with the practice during care is protected under applicable health privacy laws, including HIPAA where it applies. Those protections are governed by our separate Notice of Privacy Practices, not by this website policy.

Changes to this policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “last updated” date reflects the most recent version.
